RETURNS OUTSIDE EU

Because our posters are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your poster is damaged or has any technical flaws we would be happy to send a replacement free of charge.

TO QUALIFY FOR A REPLACEMENT, YOU MUST FIRST SEND US A PICTURE SHOWING THE DAMAGE OR TECHNICAL ISSUE. UPON INSPECTION, WE WILL INFORM YOU IF IT FITS OUR CRITERIA FOR RETURN. IF APPROVED, WE WILL SEND YOU A BRAND NEW POSTER AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU. WE EXCEPT RETURNS WITH IN A 30 DAY PERIOD AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT.

Refunds

You are entitled to return your order within a two-week period, and receive a full refund excluding shipping costs. If the poster has already been shipped, a refund will be issued when we receive the undamaged poster. The shipping costs involved with returning posters is the customer’s responsibility. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us on market@mapographics.com
